Morning Shift Checklist ☀️

• Turn on all venue lights and music
• Set Bridal Suite A/C to 69 degrees and all other A/C's set to 70 degrees
• Fridge should be at 34 degrees (unplug/replug if needed)
• Fill Fountains / Turn on
• Check ice machines, and knock down ice
• Turn fridge light on in kitchen
• Turn on Cake Stand light (if being used)
• Check that small fridges are on (both suites and bar)
• Unlock both main doors
• Check floors for bugs on patio and vacuum
• Turn on sconces and check coffee supplies in Bridal Suite
• All bathrooms — restock soap, toilet paper and towelettes
• Greet the Bride and show them to bridal suite
  • Share WiFi info
  • Show them aux Cord for music / volume
• Unlock/turn on music and entry lights at the Chapel
• Wait to turn Chapel fully until 15 minutes before rehearsal and/or photos start
• Turn on outside chapel string lights when photos start
• Cleaning lap — check windows for finger prints, wipe off cocktail tables/outside bar and wipe down all dirty cushions with spray and white microfiber towel
• Make sure cornhole are set out with bags
• Meet any and all vendors as they arrive. Let them know that if they need anything to let you know
• All wedding day information (timeline and floorplan) will be in a folder in the office
