Night Shift Checklist 🌙

*All Vendor bags go in storage room, not office*

Meet any and all vendors as they arrive. Let them know that if they need anything to let you know.
Show bartenders ice machines and coolers. Tell them trash goes in the back of white dodge at end of the night. Remind them NO SHOTS or KEGS.
Security officer will arrive around ceremony time. $300 cash payment — Security officer fee is based on ceremony start time to 30 mins after send off. $50 an hour if over 6 hours
Caterers — Welcome them, tell them where trash will go at the end of the night. Tell them trash bags are on the ice machine. Buffet is typically in an "L" shape outside of the kitchen or on the porch. Three 8-foot plastic tables are in the storage closet if needed. Make sure any tables borrowed by catering go back to storage room or are left.
Ceremony Time — Put out signs and lock door 1 hour before. Make sure bride and bridal party make it over to the Chapel at least 30 mins before ceremony. Groomsmen can go to the storage room right before ceremony to be at planners finger tips. Make sure planner has told officiant to send guests over to the turf lawn for cocktail hour. Help with doors for bride and bridal party. After ceremony, open doors again and put away signs.
Check bathrooms every 30 minutes and restock
As soon as Chapel is completely empty you can go over and turn off outside lights and potentially all inside lights if planner has cleared everything out. If still things lingering have planner go over with you to clear out.
Send Off — If using sparklers, put sparkler buckets out — 1 on each side
Sparkler Announcement — "Hey guys! Can I have your attention…"
- "Keep sparklers high, stay back from the venue, hold until they go out and put them in the sand bucket" – Do not let them put in grass or on concrete!
Take sparklers to the back of the truck and put buckets back in the office
Immediately turn on all lights and turn Spotify (563800) off
Bring in cornhole boards
Get trash from Bridal Suite, Groom's Room, Bathrooms and Porch
Turn off fountains (switch outside of the kitchen and side of building)
Turn off lights at end of the night and set all A/Cs to 74 degrees
