This one was so cool to see! Tracie and Christopher’s day was really an all-hands-on-deck event, and full of meaningful family moments. I can only imagine how excited they were to bring their two gorgeous families together.

 

The Whole Family

Walking into the venue on Tracie and Chris’ wedding day and seeing their entire family work together was an amazing sight! Every single person was spread out, bringing the bride and groom’s vision to life. The venue was full of so much excitement and laughter all day long, it was incredible to be a part of. I am sure their hearts were so full seeing people that they love, some of which that came in from out of state, creating flower arrangements, decorating the ceremony tree and making sure everything was just right for them.

 

Bring on the Fall Weddings

Tracie and Chris’ big day was right at the beginning of fall. It was so fun to see the venue decked out for a fall wedding, like we hadn’t seen before. The weather was gorgeous and everything went so smoothly. One thing Tracie and Chris did that was so special, was they gathered all of their kids for a few minutes and celebrated their families joining. Traci and Chris  gave them all a little gift, and spent some time enjoying how meaningful the day is for all of them. After the ceremony the party got going. And, let me tell you, this group was having a blast. They all enjoyed the party, and each others company so so much! The incredibly talented Kate Panza was the photographer for the day. She really is so fun to have around, and does incredible work.

A Long Time Coming

Danielle and Nick are adorable. The two of them have been together since they were 14 years old, and are the perfect “high school sweethearts” story. After they got engaged they came out to the venue, when it really wasn’t even a venue yet, and booked the Farmhouse when it was just dirt. These two know what they want, and we couldn’t be more thankful that they could see the vision. It led to a gorgeous and magical day.

 

 

The Ultimate Bridal Experience

For all of you Say Yes to the Dress fans,  Danielle even made the trip to Kleinfeld’s Bridal in New York, and had THE wedding dress experience. She landed on this stunning Pnina Tornai dress from her 2018 LOVE Collection. Danielle wore it so so beautifully that Pnina gave her a little main-feed shout out on Instagram.  Truly couldn’t be a more ideal Kleinfeld experience.

Engaged, with dress in tow, this gorgeous couple loaded into the venue on their day and made the absolute most of it. It was such a long time coming for these two, that the day felt so special for everyone there. Tears were shed, and everyone was living off of Danielle and Nick’s excitement. I swear the entire wedding party was on cloud nine.

Become a Farmhouse Couple! 

Happy New Year, everyone! We are kicking off 2021 with a wild and fun wedding and proposal. Vanessa and Luke, the new Mr. and Mrs. Taylor, know how to throw a dang good party! Not only was the day and night stunning, but it was a blast! You can tell that there is never a dull moment with them, their friends and family.

Purple Party

We loved Vanessa and Luke’s day. They added a ton of special touches that made the day theirs. The incredible Rachel Elaine came out to photograph the day, and wow. She really has an eye for the details, which makes you feel like you were there, just looking at the photos. We love seeing how she made use of the staircases going up to the bridal suite and groom’s room. Stunning! The Taylor’s had beautiful shades of purple strewn throughout the venue and ceremony space, which added so much life to their day. Just gorgeous. One really cool detail they brought in was their custom neon sign, that they added to the greenery wall in our enclosed porch. It was such a fun touch, especially in the shots looking down the aisle.

Mr. & Mrs. and Future Mr. Mrs.

Once the party got rolling, the groom and his brother had a little… well huge… surprise up their sleeve. While Luke was giving his speech, he teed it up, and his brother proposed to his gorgeous girlfriend! She was shocked, and so was the crowd. It was an incredible moment to have our first mid-wedding proposal! Another Mr. and Mrs. Taylor on the horizon!

I can’t even believe how lucky we have been with our couples. Paige and Hunter tied the knot, and it was another perfect day at the venue. The two of them really made the day amazing from the second they rolled into the venue.

Paige and Hunter’s Big Day

Paige and Hunter were a dream to have around. She was beaming all day long and embracing every single moment alongside her girls. This lovely group of ladies did a really fun bridesmaid’s “first look”. Once her girls put on their dresses, they lined up and got to see their girl, all glammed and ready for her big walk down the aisle. Not only was it such a special moment, but the pictures are adorable.

From there the day took right off! The boys lined up in their dapper navy suits, ready for their close-ups. Then it was ceremony time. After the I do’s were said, the guests got to enjoy a cocktail hour on the enclosed porch, while the wedding party and family posed for some more photos under the gorgeous ceremony tree. Then the real party began. Delicious food from The Patriotic Pig, drinks being made by Events with Steph Professional Partiers. The night really couldn’t have been better.

Classic with a Fall Touch

Every piece of it was so stunning, with a little extra touch that just sent it over the top. Carly from Vine and Branches really brought in something special with the flower arrangements. They are incredible, as you can see, and brought in that fall touch.

I don’t think there is any way to describe the new Mr. and Mrs. Clark… these guys are FUN. Cassidy and Alex were a joy to have around from the minute we met them, and their wedding was amazing. Every detail was so elegant and warm. They really brought in an incredible team of people to help make their day perfect.

 

Unique Details

The Clark’s big day was full of charming and unique touches that put the day, and her boho-chic vision, over the top. We all loved seeing Cassidy bop around the venue all day with the biggest smile. Her girls were right alongside her, loving the day almost as much as she was. After they were all glammed (by the amazing Emily Green (makeup) and Heather Green (Hair)) the girls put on their gorgeous mismatched, boho-chic, floral dresses. They all looked incredible walking down that aisle to watch their girl become a Mrs.

The reception was packed with so many unique touches. Ruthi Hutson made their delicious, and beautiful, naked cake, while The Floral Eclectic decked out the ceremony and reception with incredible flower arrangements and greenery.

 

The Party

The reception at this one was a straight-up party. The food was set up by Vestals Catering on our enclosed porch, which made sure the party area was line-free and ready to go. Cassidy and Alex also had a second bar out on the turf, because no one should have to wait for a drink at a party this fun. They made their grand entrance in some sick sunglasses and got to the celebration. After dinner, drinks, cakes, and toasts they made their farewell exit through a tunnel of sparklers and went on their way. It was stunning! Congratulations to Nicole and Jake, our very first couple to get married at the French Farmhouse. On September 18^th, we had the honor of celebrating Nicole and Jake, and it was a magical day for everyone. It was so fun to see them go from planning their wedding in our pasture to experiencing their big day in the completed venue.

 

 

The First Big Day

The entire day was truly everything we could have hoped for our first wedding. Every detail played out just like Nicole and Jake had dreamed and planned.

The ladies showed up and made themselves right at home in our bridal suite. They spent the day pampering and celebrating- as our brides and their girls usually do. The guys spent some time prepping, as well. Jake brought in his barber to do a day-of cut. Making sure he was ready for all his close-ups.

The ceremony was gorgeous, you can just see how much these two love each other. One little ring bearer did attempt to steal the show, but it all worked out in the end.

The incredible Shawna from Honey Rose Photo came out to shoot the day, and she was nice enough to let us share the pictures with you guys. She really delivered. Every last picture is gorgeous, and you can feel the love from the day in each shot.
